Reference Radiographs are nondestructive testing standards universally accepted because of their high reliability in accept-reject actions.



Reference radiographs for titanium castings (Volume II) consists of eight reference images applicable to a wall thickness of over 1 in. to 2 in. (25.4 mm to 50.8 mm). The images illustrate the types and degrees of discontinuities that may be found in titanium castings.
