Rationale:
The A-10 Committee concluded that the content of this document will not be updated in the future. The retirement of the document sponsor combined with the greater availability to specific references with current technology makes keeping this document current a relatively redundant effort that yields no meaningfully enhanced benefits in terms of information availability. Therefore, the Committee decided to stabilize this document in its current state.
