This ITU-T Recommendation gives a summary of the content of all O-series Recommendations. It lists the titles and contains information on scope and application of the Recommendations. In addition, an alphabetical list of measurement terms covered by O-series Recommendations helps the reader to select the right Recommendation for his/her application. Appendix I contains information about a crosstalk test device for carrier transmission systems.
