This annex describes frame formats for the Adaptive Multi-Rate Wideband (AMR-WB) speech codec. One is based on the 3GPP format and the other is octet-aligned for packet applications. The frame formats specified in this annex were also adopted by 3GPP in 3GPP specification TS 26.201.
