INTRODUCTION The Wireless Intelligent Network (WIN) is a network which supports the use of intelligent network capabilities to provide seamless terminal services, personal mobility services and advanced network services in the mobile environment. This document presents a recommended plan for the implementation of the Wireless Intelligent Network (WIN) for use in the Wireless Radiotelephone Service.
